In nonwoven production, a palletizing system based on the recipe is used after slicing the products. After exiting the winder, the products go to slicing and then are sent to the alignment conveyor without scattering, using a soft turnover device.

This conveyor directs the products to either the stock conveyor or the palletizing conveyor as per the measurements entered in the recipe. Once the products reach the desired size on the palletizing conveyor, they are placed onto pallets with the help of turnover conveyors. The pallets are then sent to the weighing conveyor; after being weighed and stretched, they are labeled and readied for shipment, exiting the line.
