The roasting process of nuts is carried out using a rotating drum with heated salt. This system can produce between a minimum of 45 kg/hour and a maximum of 160 kg/hour, depending on the product. The heated kettle ensures homogenous roasting of the products through even heat distribution provided by salt. It is commonly used for roasting products like pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, coated hazelnuts, peanuts, and chickpeas. This roasting oven, equipped with a single-stage high-performance burner, is made entirely of stainless steel.
